I love you guys and I get 1000 times more good info from you as I
get from national. For this letter, I will refer to Tim’s handlers –
visible & invisible – as ‘national’ and James Timothy Turner is who he
is – the bravest man I know who has been somehow compromised – against
his will – by some very scary invisible handlers. I have accepted
this – 100%. ‘National’ – for this letter – means those who control
Tim’s visible handlers and Tim w/technology I cannot imagine.
National just TRIED to bust up WVa. We're more sold now than ever
before. Now national has apparently declared that these two senators
and maybe a few more people are ‘West Virginia.’ I gave you a written
blow-by-blow account of this as it happened. These few people drew up
a constitution – few saw it – said it was West Virginia’s constitution
– ratified it with people whose only requirements to vote on it was
that they 1) didn’t follow Jim Lovell’s Masonic bunch (LOL) – 2) live
inside the US – 3) and verbally attest to this. (No ID – didn’t have
to live here) I have a handwritten letter – about this constitution
signing - in an attachment. See for yourself that they were acting
under direction of national.
(pssst – WVa removed these two from office by more than a quorum!) So

This is the e-mail WVa members just got (today) from a man who was
one of our senators:
“As of March 27, 2011 we have a ratified Constitution which was sent
to National (RuSA) and as soon as National releases the document it
will be posted for all to see.
As per special agreement by the Senate of The Republic for the
united States of America the two West Virginia Republic Senators
Timothy Arrington and L. Gene Stalnaker cannot be removed from office
in the Interim Government. Failure to recognize them in this matter

One of our representatives just got fired from his job (highly
skilled estimator – does bids on 100 million dollar construction jobs
for a construction company that contracts for the de facto). He
signed on maybe four months ago. Someone from Homeland Security
visited ‘Human Resources’ at his company this week. He got fired on
Friday because of it – last paycheck. He’s not involved in anything
controversial – except for RuSA. I’m hearing more and more reports
that people are going on the ‘no fly – no buy’ list – and not all at
once.
The 30+ people in WVa have been declared ‘rogue.’ West Virginia
TOLD ‘NATIONAL’ TO POUND SAND! THEY LIE! WE’VE HEARD THEM LIE. SO

work out. There’s no chance of trillions – that would let us take

2) Plans that have the built-in ability to be explained away with
PLAUSIBLE DENIABILITY – but they’re going to save that plan from those
really bad guys who wrecked it - with YET ANOTHER PLAN (with built-in
plausible deniability.) The whole scenario is set up like that. As
soon as we run back with the Frisbee in our mouth – they throw it
again. When will you catch on? I love Tim – but ‘the plan(S)’ AIN’T

the states that have been busted up? Now the two ladies are doing a

After the "funding call" it has been the last bit of verification I needed for me to remove myself and my family form this movement and all offices in this Republic. I will continue to work on sovereignty and diligently help where I can. Based upon all of the information I have received lately, I am moving my efforts to a new and "legitimate" line of thinking.
I am no longer trying to correct the missteps of Tim Turner, CW or any of the National people. Nor am I encouraged by the efforts of some of the people in our own Utah republic which are playing the victim role in order to make themselves feel "good." I will not stoop or compromise my values to these souls in national or any others. I wish more than ever, we could come together and start building something without contention between all of the different factions in this republic. However, my efforts have fallen on deaf ears.
I have stuck with this movement as I wanted to do my best to serve the people. If those whom I am serving are subscribing to Tim Turners Dictatorship, the best way I can serve is to step down. It violates EVERYTHING I stand for. I can no longer allow his liar mentality into my life or into my future. I was told on three separate occasions by Tim Turner with witnesses on each occasion that the paperwork from Utah would be filed in two weeks. That has never happened. That alone is enough for me to walk. I subscribe to your word is your bond. If you do not uphold your word, you have not bond. Couple that will all the other lies and misrepresentations, you have an "A" grade habitual liar. Honor is not in his vocabulary. He has surrounded himself with liars also. I suggest your hear the "born again Christian" statements of CW which are recorded in the Northwest Regional Meeting. If you are not a Public Born again Christian, you will not be able to vote or hold office. Careful here, this is recorded I remind you. I can go on with others and thier fruits of their labors but what is the point. This alone is enough of a lack of honor for me to walk. righteously judge for yourself those who you do dealings with by the fruits of their labors. Congress was to set up elections. No other task was needed until we had a permanent election. When you have proof of censorship and your leader ignores such proof, you have no leader. He lacks the strength to do what is right when faced with truth and knowledge. In other words, he choses what is easy rather than what is right or in the alternative, he has an agenda which is not disclosed.
So with that being said, for my personal reasons which are not reflective of any one individual, based upon my research and my love for my family and friends, I am hereby resigning all position in this Republic for both National and Local. This again is based upon research, the direction this movement is going and the fighting among the members who are breaking apart in all aspects. I believe that there are plants among us in the San Pete group, Steve Brooks groups and even the Salt Lake Group. While some may say that I have had my feelings hurt and I am playing a victim role, Rest assured this is not the case as it is based upon my research, observation of the direction of this movement, proof verified by me of some very important things, and my personal belief that this movement is doomed due to the actions of those people. Honor and Character are absolutes with me. We can agree to disagree but this has moved beyond this aspect.
When Tim Turner is promoting a "barter System" and that any "governor or state who does not comply with National will be replaced" is not the way "we the people" gave limited power to be governed. They do not have the power for any of such actions. Yet they perceived "power" of national is to dictate their intentions via Rule into compliance. Hitler, Stalin, Mussolini and many leaders of similar mindset have sought this same corrupt leadership power through intimidation, threats and violence. Anyone who supports this Fascist's statements that was made on the "Ambassador Call" and at least one other call I have heard. In addition to the Multilevel Bartering Scams now launched, it is apparent to me that no funding is in place at all. Why would we need a barter system if funding was just around the corner.
While this has been a wild ride, I have grown tremendously in both spirit and education. My efforts have not been in vain but have developed into a deep love for my country, the founding fathers, history and what they believed to be the best way they knew how to set up a government. I have also grown to have some very good and deep relationship with many people. I have also seen true colors of some. Each person whether good or bad have taught me and I have learned either what I want to be more like or what I want to be less like. This is my personal growth and development.
Thank you to all who have supported me and my efforts to do what I believe is right. I am grateful and express my love to all unrestrained. I hope all of you take the time to research your leader and decide for yourself if this is the horse you want to ride. I can no longer try and correct the problems. It has stepped into an area in which I can't follow and not compromise my core values of freedom, honor, integrity and honesty which all form Character. The Character of this movement is why I got involved. That same Character has changed. I am leaving for this reason. No man should sell the values of his Creator for any mans wants, needs or desires. Let alone his dictates of If you do not comply, I will remove you.
THEREFORE, I hereby resign all post, I also rescind all signatures for all paperwork effective immediately. I will not, can not and or Shall not allow any of my signatures, name both corporately or as a lawful man on the land, both of which are copyright, to be used in any form. All signatures and names on any documents both electronic or paper or the likeness thereof are to be scrubbed clean immediately. Any further use of my name will be an infringement of my Lawful, constitutional rights. You are hereby offered a contract to comply with this request. You are hereby warned of my intentions. It is an honorable action and request that I offer.
