Perhaps you are already acquainted with this material, but I only recently became aware of it. While the article is old (1990), it is nonetheless very interesting.
Apparently, the Soviets pursued Tesla technology long before the US realized its importance. The USSR achieved global superiority in scalar weaponry by 1985, putting them in the driver’s seat at the bilateral bargaining table during later arms negotiations between the two countries.
Demonstrations of the effectiveness of Soviet scalar weaponry included a number of spectacular real-kill tests. For example:
* the deliberate destruction of “an Arrow DC-8 taking off from Gander Air Force Base, Newfoundland. At lift-off, the aircraft—carrying over 258 U.S. marines and aircrew—lost power and sank into the ground tail-low, killing everyone on board.” (T.E. Bearden)
and
* the Space Shuttle Challenger which broke up 73 seconds into its flight, killing seven astronauts. “On Jan. 28, 1986 the Challenger disaster occurred. The Challenger was positively killed by the Soviet Union, using the scalar EM weapons through the Woodpecker grid.” (T.E. Bearden)
Scalar EM weaponry has been used to create gigantic Tesla shields protecting territorial assets against incoming enemy missles and aircraft. Penetration of these shielded zones leads to the premature detonation of nuclear & non-nuclear explosive payloads, as well as personnel death in manned aerial vehicles. This explains the push by the Reagan administration to develop the SDI.
Tests of this technology have been associated with massive bird kills and failure of electrical grids.
