[Agent 007] When we look at all of the global financial issues (especially Europe) – these are the symptoms

[Agent 007] every article is different on the quantity of barrels coming out of Iraq

[TamRon400] it is intentional to have different news articles

[Agent 007] in one day you can have 3 or 4 different news agencies giving out different info about the same thing

[Agent 007] One article said 17 countries, 18 countries, 700 companies, 500 companies

[Agent 007] when you read the news you need to be careful of the translation, who wrote it, etc.

[Agent 007] said Security Minister to be in place before that happens

[Agent 007] indicating that will be taken care of before troops removed
[Agent 007] Erbil to be done before troops removed

[Agent 007] HCL the 2007 agreement is signed and agreed on but not fully implemented
[Agent 007] waiting on the % that they will be paying their citizens

[Agent 007] Iraq is holding a very big event in Cyprus
[Agent 007] it starts Dec. 7 to the 8th

[Agent 007] funny, per Bluedog, as troop withdrawal is supposed to be Dec. 3rd

[Agent 007] it goes on to say that the first opportunity global …..security will engage the new Defense Minister and his procurement team
[Agent 007] the focus in this procurement is the new multi-billion budget in hand

[Agent 007] So what does that mean, Bluedog?
[TamRon400] they are going to have to open up the budget
[Agent 007] They will have to open up the budget, the HCL monies open, Defense Minister in place and announced
[TamRon400] they are going to have their defense minister in place

[Agent 007] Gankans – ever since you see water moving and things happening since the announcement of troops being removed
[Agent 007] Every week is a new thing
[Agent 007] All of these things seem to be agreed on in committee meetings, etc. – just now pulling them out of the “drawers”

[Agent 007] Historian – she remembers people seeing names of those ministers on their doors and were just not “announced”
[TamRon400] the names of the ministers were on the doors, just not formally announced

[Agent 007] they are getting close to when they want to RV and pull these things out when they RV

[Agent 007] per Bluedog on the Dec. 7 and 8 dates, Historian feels the Defense Minister is working already working on stuff

[Agent 007] when they feel like it, that person will just show up

[Agent 007] all they kept talking about was the gloom and doom and not the wonderful things happening in Iraq right now

[Agent 007] these people will be attending this fair in Dec.
[Agent 007] the key of this needs a lot of defense
[Agent 007] so how would they not already have a defense minister (acting) already

[TamRon400] they had to have a game plan in place
[TamRon400] the economic side of it

[Agent 007] fills, paper money had to be in place
[Agent 007] they have had this money prepared for a long time
[Agent 007] that is a great example (Historian) but we know that what the media tells us is incorrect because we knew the money was printed, etc.

[TamRon400] they can open that up, from what I am reading, 30 days in advance of the end of the year
[Agent 007] Bluedog – it is already in play – guarantee you that they can open up the budget 30 days before the end of the year. Is it the fiscal year, calendar year?

[Agent 007] is the Islamic year?
[Agent 007] everything they do – they tell you bits and pieces and leave you hanging in the middle of that

[TamRon400] they went down, were tanking, because they stayed with the same system and times have changed

[Agent 007] look at Europe – same corrupt politics\

[Agent 007] there needs to be a bigger piece

[Agent 007] it will take a while to sit back, analyze things
[Agent 007] how to keep up with all of the changes

[Agent 007] Bluedog last evening in chat brought out an article about the new Canadian currency coming out like the VND
[TamRon400] bluedog – put up a link of Canadian’s coming out with a new currency
[Agent 007] and the UST is coming out with new notes on January 1st
[Agent 007] Historian actually saw the Canadian info on the news
[Agent 007] Historian – what happens when you attempt change?

[Agent 007] it will take a long time to implement this
[Agent 007] need to get the preparatory work done before the RV then RV and finish afterwards
[Agent 007] A number of government organizations (et al) they were changing how all of their financial systems worked with each other – took them over 3 1/2 years to do this
[Agent 007] what they did immediately they gave themselves 6 months to implement it
[Agent 007] IT and so much other things to do
[Agent 007] they still went live and still arguing on how it would work
[Agent 007] they usually have an idea on how but disagreements pop up
[Agent 007] they can’t push their timeline out
[Agent 007] they are approaching it

[Agent 007] Historian doesn’t think we are very far from the RV
[Agent 007] as they have to many plans
[TamRon400] they are approaching the end of their timeline, things are pushing out a day here or there
[TamRon400] this is the global stuff more than Iraq
[TamRon400] which is more complicated than Iraq

[Agent 007] Gankans – interesting – brings up something of holding back the water in the dam
[Agent 007] Like “we have 5 more days before our dam will break” (joking)
[Agent 007] the banks going belly up
[Agent 007] Bank of America handing over trillions to the FDIC
[Agent 007] expecting more bailouts
[Agent 007] and the Belgium Bank
[TamRon400] The bank in Belgium was one of the biggest banks in the entire world

[TamRon400] and how much media did it get
[Agent 007] Dexia was the world’s largest lender to municipal governments in the U.S. and overseas. So as the bank’s various pieces are chopped up and sold off to other institutions, it’s naturally going to be a lot tougher for municipalities to get financing. Result: More belt tightening and job cuts at local governments everywhere.

[TamRon400] historian thinks they are past the their deadline

[Agent 007] Q: Historian – heard the big picture when we are talking the global financial systems as they were and we know they are in dire need to make changes but this leads me to think about the global settlements. Is that part of your big picture? Do we need a whole global re-arrangement. It is a different picture than Basel III.

[TamRon400] I tend to stay away from that due to the sensitive nature

[Agent 007] Q: It seems that it had to be a player in GS and talking about debt forgiveness, going on from there other things….
[TamRon400] I think what we have is a lot of descriptions on line, we need to bear in line that those might not be accurate. One way to deal with debt is to forgive it.

[Agent 007] Q: Bluedog – in regards to the IMF and Article 14- understanding still 4 things to get done?
[TamRon400] Bluedog – that is not going to be part of the holdup IMO
[Agent 007] Q: 4 items that had to be done and have some substance to them – any ?
