LETTER and NOTICE OF RESIGNATION

To All Concerned,
I, Diana Sue Ward, author this Letter and Notice of Resignation from “The Republic for the united States of America” = RuSA, effective immediately.
After deep consideration and heart searching, I have decided to completely withdraw and resign from the RuSA, both at the ‘RuSA National/Federal/General level and from the Free and Independent state Michigan. This resignation document serves as notice of resignation and full termination of all positions of ‘Office’ currently held by myself, and full and complete cancellation of any possibility and/or presumption of any and/or all contractual relationships.
Further, it is my "wish" that all files, databases, records, containing my appellation, red thumb print seal, that make reference to me the living breathing woman, both digital and physical, shall be completely expunged immediately.
An autographed and dated response from the responsible individual, under oath, that such expungement has been accomplished is required to communicate that the expungement has been completed. I have included a copy of this document with appropriate spaces for such autograph under Oath. I have included a stamped, self-addressed envelope to return the autographed original to me. Failure to return the autographed statement is RuSA's self confession of failure to comply with common-law courtesy and respect for my ownership interest in my property. All physical records are to be returned to me directly.
