The reason he knows this today, This morning he went to the bank by escort in Baghdad...He said at the front entrance of the bank they had a sign up that read" NEW IRAQI DINAR RATE" As of July 18th, 2011. Rate was $ 4.40.


Hello, He did not send me a picture... He is a 63 year old male.. That has worked in the Oil field for over 30 years..He worked in Southern Louisiana for over 27 years before getting the job offer in IRAQ.. I have know him over 20 years..He would have no reason to lie!!! I email him about the Dinar about once a week..He always writes me back saying...Just be patient..It will happen ..But it most likley will take years...Then I get this strong email from him today...So.. We Shall See..

7-18-2011 Guru Gankins   It's not the intel about date and rate-
sorry  It's about seeing the whole forest...Iraq is doing all the
right things and have done all the right moves to get the DFI
released, chpt. 7 released, and complete control of their country
and their finances...Saleh said the monetary-restructuring plan was
drawn up with the help of foreign experts and financial
institutions, including the International Monetary Fund,  Yes...
the plan will soon be presented to the cabinet, which is expected
to subsequently send a bill to parliament...recently China has
moved into the picture...the more China is involved in the
development of the Iraq, the more it shows that they are standing
on their own 2 feet. All I'm saying is....This is good news.  The
last dominoes are about to fall.

BANK BUILDING... COINS ARE BEING DESPENSED ACCORDING TO
SOURCE-...THE 4.40 FURNISHED TO ME MANY MONTHS AGO WAS NEVER
SPECIFIED AS USD OR GBP.  MANY MORE CONFIRMATIONS OF WHAT WE ARE

iraq will profit trillions from this... all  financial restrictions
have been lifted from the unsc, all that is left are wmd
sanctions... i think everything is going smoothly, i like we are
right now, a bunny-ear isnt an option, so they should rv soon. 

7-18-2011 Guru Phoenix   Time is running short on the debt
ceiling...The speculation is that this is closely tied into what we
have been waiting for and anticipating. I believe that when they
make an announcement on this it will be timed in such a way that it
will get a lot of attention and press while there are things going
on in the back ground that we are all more interested in .  Maliki
to visit China...July 18th...The PM of Iraq does not need to be in
Iraq if the rate changes... it would just be handled by the CBI by
constitution...we have unusual pinging activity on the Forex
boards...I believe that we are looking at an interesting week.

7-18-2011 Guru Checkmate I hope this is a day to remember...5 total
confirmations that this is done...celebrating in Iraq...[but] $5.25
BGP is a stupid number that makes me very suspicious...How many
times have we heard this is done/over?  We don't want to be the
team that is always calling the RV and it doesn't happen...I'm
waiting to get confirmation from bank people out east...

7-17-2011 Guru American Contractor the updated design of the new
Iraqi currency has been completed.  It has yet to be issued as the
approval from Prime Minister Nuri Maliki has not been authorized.
However, even after permission is given to release it further steps
have to take place as it has to go through the Iraqi Parliament for
a vote.  As far as I can see, the schedule does not allow for a
vote on the new Iraqi currency before the start of Ramadan...the
new notes will co-exist with the current Iraqi currency and the
value will stay the same for now...[other forum is saying] in order
to re-denominate you have to have 1000 percent or more inflation. 
This folks is simply NOT true....Current MYTHS circulating in
regards to Iraq:
1.  Iraq is out of Chapter Seven Sanctions. Iraq is still under the
UN Chapter Seven Sanctions and will be at least until the end of
the year and be evaluated again.
2.  The Hydrocarbon Law has been passed. The truth of the matter is
that this is still in the draft form and still being reviewed by
the Oil and Gas committee of the Iraqi Government. 
3.  You can not wire more than 50K from Iraq.   Many times they
[companies] pay 500 salaries all at once. What I think some might
be seeing is many wire transfers under 50k, that is to avoid the
tax.
4.  Erbil agreement is completed.  Truth of the matter is, there is
no Erbil agreement.  In just two weeks you will see that was
nothing more than stall tactics.  PM Maliki will not share power
with Dr. Alawi.  Plus he did just say that it is unconstitutional.
5.  All the Ministries have been seated.  Not so. PM Maliki is
going to hold on to the Ministry of Defense and the Ministry of
Interior and will be eliminating the National Security position.

7-17-2011 Guru Blaino   Good NEWS..."Breaking News"  Boots on the
ground...have reported that the tv news, radio, papers and so on
are reporting the "increase in value of the Iraqi Dinar".... which
is now pegged to the GBP (Great Brittan, Pound)! ...And the rate:
is the 5.25 that we have been hearing!  We ought to see it here in
the Morning!  I cannot yet state it is "ABSOLUTELY IRON CLAD"

7-17-2011 Guru Angelquest (new)    a contact in Jordan does have
paperwork from Warka that is showing the Iraqi dinar is a tradeable
currency.  They WILL instill the coins in Iraqi currency...just got
a text from someone at an International Clearing House that the IQD
is indeed showing, not active, but showing 15\5\1, now from my Wall
Street friend,  you have to read that backwards, meaning 1 dinar =
$5 - $15, now that is a spread, that's all I know...also, from a
Congressman from South Carolina...we will see it on Monday

Congressman...Iraq is a global tradeable currency...we are waiting
for the rate to come down

international...new rate will drop in on Monday...sticking to $4.40
rate - have not gotten confirmation if it is pegged to the GBP or
the USD

7-17-2011 Guru DonnieR   I am receiving unbelievable info from an
extremely strong contact today saying that we will see it
Monday...other contacts confirm that we will see it on
Monday...another contact from Bagdad said we will see it on Monday.
 Wells Fargo Bank contacted me yesterday and said you will be able
to cash in on Monday...looks like everything is falling into place
for Monday

7-17-2011 Guru Kaperoni   The currency market is closed (which
should be a flat line) but since late Friday night we have been
seeing an abnormality of a type of pinging or syncing. It may be
nothing but the dinar rate is bouncing from the closing rate of
1177 to 1032 almost hourly.

 1. We did not just create the website because of any inside
information on the IQD revaluation. The website was created a while
ago and our exchange program has been in existance for around two
years now. We have no other information on the Dinar and we are not
following the news on the revaluation. You are much more informed
about it than we are.
 
 2. Unfortunately, we only offer the exchange services to Hawaii
residents. The program was offered at the request of a couple of
our customers and was not intended to be available outside of
Hawaii. That is why there is no link from our main website to the
Dinar page. Additionally, we really aren't designed to handle large
volumes of in-person, cash transactions so we are not advertising
this service even in Hawaii.
