Chemtrails are Authorized by Congress!
As many of you know I travel extensively all over this country and sometimes abroad. I have become fascinated with chemtrails. This year in particular I had to travel to the heartland many more times than usual. The amount of spraying in the heartland far out paces that I have witnessed on either coast. Of course the heartland is the epicenter of our food crops and meat and poultry.
I came across this video that points to the law that congress passed i n 1997. Public Law 105-85 November 18, 1997. The narrator of this video does a good job with explanation of the law.
