HOW IT HAPPENED
Let us introduce ourselves. My name is Jim Lovell. I’m a part of the Vandalia Solution, and this is what WE want to tell you. Most people do not understand why we have so many problems now, because we’ve been duped since childhood. I will attempt to give you a short, clear overview of what the Vandalia Solution is all about: How we got into the mess we’re in, the coming collapse of our society, and the Vandalia Solution.

What you read on this site is based on easily verifiable facts. Precious few people investigate information that does not agree with their beliefs. We’re asking that you do this.
We in Vandalia use the terms ‘de jure’ and ‘de facto.’ De jure is from Latin – meaning ‘from law.’ De facto means ‘acting as.’ (Will have a footnote from Black’s Law) A policeman is charged with keeping the peace. He’s a de jure – legitimate – policeman with a badge – who operates inside a jurisdiction. If a teacher breaks up a fight in a school, that teacher is – a de facto policeman – acting as a policeman though he/she is not a de jure policeman. Lacking a de jure policeman, the teacher acts as policeman, but this de facto policeman (the teacher) must step back from that position when a (de jure) policeman arrives.
The United States has actually had a DE FACTO (bogus) government since the last legitimate (de jure) Congress adjourned in 1860 – ‘sine die’. (will have a footnote to Black’s Law) That means that the de jure congress hasn’t met since then, and the de jure offices have been vacant! Want details? Go towww.USAvsUS.info. On April 24, 1863, two months before West Virginia was formed out of Virginia, Abraham Lincoln declared martial law with Executive Order 100. We’ve been under martial law –
Constitution suspended – ever since! At about the same time, the ORIGINAL 13th amendment was ratified by the states – but never put into the Constitution. It said that nobody with a title of nobility could even be in the republic – and BAR association attorneys have titles of nobility. The 14th Amendment – supposedly passed to free the slaves – was a legalese move to make us all SUBJECTS – meaning ‘owned’ (SUBJECT to a CORPORATION). We haven’t been free people since that time. By definition: A US Citizen – is an entity that the government owns. If you ‘legally’ dissect a birth certificate, you will learn that it says you were born into a ‘warehouse’ (when your feet hit the paper) that the corporate ‘government’ owns – your mother abandoned you – so the government owns you. I am NOT kidding.
This de facto ‘government’ – working slowly with stealth and lies – incorporated itself into a CORPORATION in 1871 – slowly outgrew & essentially replaced the de jure government with its own de facto ‘constitution’ – the Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) that corporations (including most ‘governments’) use - worldwide. In contrast, our original 1789 Constitution is lawful. The UCC is legal and therefore de facto.
When you see UNITED STATES OF AMERICA in all capital letters, that refers to a CORPORATION. It is notthe de jure government you learned about in school! The world is full of ‘legal’ trickery. Do the people ‘at the top’ know all this? You bet! Do they want you to know this? NO! More shocking: Every time you see your name in all capital letters, that is not you. That is a legal fiction – actually a possession of this corporation we call our government. It is a ‘straw man’ – not a real man, or real woman! These two lawyer-tricks are just part of the deception that has been foisted upon us for a century and a half. When the Supreme Court Justice reads the oath of office to the president-elect, the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA is in capital letters, so when the president swears to defend and uphold it’s (corporate) constitution – which is the UCC – he can tell himself that he isn’t lying.
We also differentiate between words such as ‘lawful’ and ‘legal.’ Lawful is of law. EG: ‘Thou shalt not steal’ is law. ‘Legal’ refers to man’s ‘laws’ – such as ‘If thou jay-walketh, thou shalt pay money to the CORPORATION.’ Money & currency: Money refers to a measure of gold or silver (Coinage act of 1792) – while ‘currency’ refers to that which is called money – by liars – intentional or otherwise. Fiat currency means ‘Let it be – money.’
Our courts are not courts of law & justice. They are commercial enterprises: ‘Courts’ that are engaged in the commerce of removing people from property; removing property, freedom & children from people – essentially at gunpoint. They are not lawful. Under the UCC – ‘judges’ are managers in the largest (and most bankrupt) corporate enterprise in the world!
From Biblical times until very recent history, under Common Law – without a damaged flesh and blood victim – NO CRIME HAS BEEN COMMITTED! No Victim? NO CRIME! Got it?
The de facto CORPORATION has come up with tens of millions of ‘legal’ rules, regulations, mandates, statutes, ordinances, policies, violations, offenses, infractions, and codes – THAT ARE NOT LAWS – to extract all that is valuable from you, and then out of this country to an offshore corporation! EG: A ‘code’ – is ‘evidence of law.’ It is NOT law! Denial of constitutional rights under COLOR OF LAW is a federal offense – a real law – but few people know that. The demons are in the details.
This de facto corporate so-called government – working in collusion with a private corporate counterfeiting company – the Federal Reserve Board – incorporated in Dover, Delaware in 1913 – along with the private Internal Revenue Service and private Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms (and Explosives) – are no more federal than Federal Express. They are now private OFF-SHORE corporations – located in Puerto Rico. For almost a century, they have been in collusion to take our country down – to take our land, rob us blind, disarm us, enslave us, and worse. The IRS has no more right to press criminal charges – than General Motors. The United Nations – is a very large part of this plan. ‘They’ depend on our ignorance to get away with their high crimes. Will these criminals come after me for exposing them? You bet! But they cannot stop the truth – only try to slow it down.
For a century: By issuing currency out of thin air, on which they collect compound interest (in gold at first), counterfeiters have slowly and surely bought controlling interest in corporations, and yes – great influence in Washington, DC. They have bought influence in many areas – education – media – ‘medicine’ – and yes – many churches – with everything from contributions to coercion. This explains all those lies they’ve told you! The counterfeiters have bought and/or coerced anybody who has influence to sell – to SELL – with counterfeit currency, to carry out their evil plans to grab every bit of real estate, resources, and infrastructure in the nation. These counterfeiters are thugs, dressed up in $5000 suits, and they operate worldwide.
They are puppet-masters, and they trap many of their puppets – maybe with just a paycheck, but it is much worse. If they cannot deceive someone, they try to blackmail them. If they cannot blackmail them, they try to buy them or smear them. If that doesn’t work, they threaten their lives and lives of their family. If that doesn’t work, they kill them. They buy or coerce people into shutting up, lying, and/or carrying out their plans – the dirty work that you SEE – while they hide in the shadows – like the mob bosses they are. This explains why elected representatives usually behave in the exact opposite fashion – after they get into office. They learn – very quickly – who runs THEM!
To put it simply, a group of extremely wealthy world-class criminals has gained almost total control of our government, to quash their competition – and force us to become their customers. In a word, this is fascism. When those who are to protect us, oppress us – we call that tyranny. Tyranny abounds in our land. As you pull the curtains back on the Federal Reserve, you will find the Queen of England, Queen Beatrix of the Netherlands, the Warburgs of Germany, as well as Washington and Wall Street names you will instantly recognize. ‘Tis they who have foisted this upon us. ‘Tis we who have been duped.
The UNITED STATES CORPORATION went bankrupt in March, 1933. It was essentially given to the private Federal Reserve – in unconstitutional bankruptcy proceedings. In simple terms, the Federal Reserve controls the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA corporation – and they have bled this corporation dry with compound interest on our national debt. Our national debt was created – by design – to crush us back to serfdom. A federal government that wanted to tax even the unborn – borrowed money at interest – furthering the agendas of borrower and lender. It is to these thugs – that we are told – we owe the national debt – that they ‘created’ with paper currency, ledger entries & computer keystrokes! They have done this in many countries around the world.
They can hire the best – or should I say – worst – criminals. Insider information from Washington, DC – shortly after JFK’s assassination: ‘After they killed Kennedy, even lifetime appointed federal court judges are afraid of the Federal Reserve boys.’ This can certainly explain a few Supreme Court decisions. They have come to kill, steal, and destroy everything that God has said, made, wants, and joined together. They’re in the process of destroying civilizations worldwide – to bring in their one-world government ‘solution’ for the death & destruction they have engineered & funded for centuries.
Their plan includes crushing our currency, our federal government and military – by design – to usher in their one-world government – the United Nations. They have come perilously close to doing this. This activity in our nation was and is part of a plan – hatched centuries ago. The kings of old and wealthy merchant/bankers wanted a New World Order – just like the Old World Order – comprised primarily of western European ruling families – ruling over slaves – US! They wanted total control of all property and people. They wanted all of us to work for them, and rent from them. They wanted control over all currencies and trade. They wanted control of all who held any influence – over anybody. Their plans include cashless currency over which they have control, to stop anyone they want from trading. They have controlled governments to achieve these goals. They use bogus currency, bogus wars, bogus media, bogus ecology, and puppets to accomplish their goals. The ancient weapons of war have been food/water deprivation, poisons, disease & lies. They are attacking humanity on all fronts – poisoning air, food, water and – yes – many medicines – to enslave us – and eliminate those who do not go along w/their plans. They want to sterilize and kill – all who do not do their will.
At this point we are very economically enslaved – WORSE than sharecroppers – as 2/3 of every dollar we spend goes to them – through taxation to this corporation at all levels of production of goods and services. They have been using this money – taken from ALL of us – the rich and the poor alike – to enslave us even more. They label these taxes with many words: licenses, fees, fines, costs, assessments and even – ‘contributions.’ They create ‘rules’ – publish them in the Federal Register – that have the effect of law. They use ‘executive orders’ – and ‘administrative decrees’ to rob us blind.
One of their favorite means of taxation: Business taxes. In that manner, the business gets blamed for high prices, and they ALWAYS get the money. Never in history have businesses paid taxes. Truth: Their customers ALWAYS pay those taxes when they buy anything. These taxes cost more than food, clothing, shelter, transportation, insurance, medical care and utilities – COMBINED!
Approximately a third of the price of anything you buy ultimately goes to the private off-shore IRS corporation – the private collection agency for the Federal Reserve OFF-SHORE COUNTEFEITERS! Over 30 years ago, not one dollar the IRS collected went to the federal treasury. Every bit of it went to pay these counterfeiters’ bogus debt while they print and otherwise conjure up more Federal Reserve Notes w/computer keystrokes. It now takes over 35 modern dimes to equal the value of one pre-1964 90% silver dime.
The UNITED STATES OF AMERICA corporation – totally controlled by the Federal Reserve – has been bankrupt beyond redemption for a decade. And, the Federal Reserve currency-issuing private central bank was robbed from the INSIDE by its private owners. ‘Tis they who have robbed us blind. ‘Tis we who must see this.

The only difference between bankruptcy and declaring bankruptcy is a declaration. The Corporate UNITED STATES OF AMERICA has many AGENCIES – just as – say – an insurance company has many agencies. These agencies – are also broke. By now, most people know that Social Security is broke, along with Medicare, Medicaid, Fannie Mae, Freddy Mac, and dozens of other such agencies.
Please note that there are many SUBDIVISIONS of this UNITED STATES OF AMERICA corporation. Among them is a corporation called the STATE OF WEST VIRGINIA – along with counties in capital letters and cities – such as the CITY OF CHARLESTON (capital letters). (see www.manta.com) It is this form of private, corporate ‘government’ that is collapsing – all around us – BY THEIR DESIGN – along with their counterfeit currency – to bring our nation to its knees BEFORE international troops march in. We have been ruled by fraud. Fraud negates consent.
This entire de facto ‘government’ will collapse in on itself (by design) – as people lose more jobs, homes, unemployment checks, and hopes of employment. If history tells us anything, our whole society will come apart – the nation will break up – many will suffer and die in the chaos – unlike anything we’ve seen in America.
We in the Vandalia Solution are doing all we can to tell simple truth; let folks know that their ‘government’ is not legitimate and keep us from fighting each other. We know that government at all levels will collapse down to neighborhoods that will band together to protect themselves, and it will be rebuilt on the county level.
We especially want to get our sheriffs ‘on board’ with this truth, as they are the chief law enforcement officers in this nation – above all other governments. At time present, their budget is controlled by County Commissioners, who accept monies from the state and federal ‘governments’ to do their will. As the economic system goes into hyperinflation then ultimate collapse – the job of law enforcement will fall to the sheriffs – whose primary means of enforcement will most likely be his right and responsibility to deputize those who volunteer to assist him. We want them to be ready for this. We need to be ready to back up our sheriffs.
We have no desire or feel any need to overthrow a de facto, bogus ‘government’ that is collapsing – by its own design. We only want all people – of all ages & persuasions – whether in government or the private sector – to see that we must work together to defuse the escalating tension between government and ‘we the people’ – and work together to re-establish the lawful, peaceful process of law we started out with in a last-ditch effort to save as much violence as possible. THE COMING COLLAPSE
The New World Order is very, very old. The European kings of old and wealthy merchant-bankers got together over five centuries ago – came up with a long-term plan to take or take control of the whole world with bogus currency & puppets – willing or otherwise. They’ve been refining their techniques ever since. ‘Tis they who colonized the New World, and third world countries – to rob them blind. ‘Tis they who financed the Bolsheviks – brought Communism to Russia & China – to rob them blind. ‘Tis they who financed Hitler. They’ve been propping up every kind of totalitarian government known to man – for centuries.
‘Tis they – who own the Federal Reserve counterfeiting company to extract wealth from the world to fund their bloodlust. They love to rob you – to pay murderers. These wars in the Middle East will cost three trillion dollars. We’ve successfully murdered about a million and a half men, women, and children. Do the math. That’s two million dollars per corpse! How much would you pay for a corpse? How much did they pay – to satisfy the bloodlust of these banksters? Can we say they’re absolute evil incarnate? Understand your real enemy, and it isn’t someone who votes differently than you or came from another country than your family came from.
Behind ALMOST all governments – you will find currency-issuing bankers I refer to as banksters. These are NOT the same bankers you & I have dealings with. These banksters are associated with counterfeiting, real estate scams of all sorts, international drug trade, money laundering and monopolies. If they can’t steal land & resources, they lock them up with bogus ecology “LAWS” so nobody else can get them – so they can steal them later! Find out who funds so-called ecology groups. You might be amazed. These people can buy anything they want – but they prefer to steal it! Land – tops their list.
If you think your government protects your real estate, look up the International Property Maintenance Code. (www.iccsafe.org) It’s raw real estate theft – IN YOUR FACE! Their goal is to steal or otherwise gain control of all governments, all land, all resources, all trade – and what better way to get all they want, than to murder the land’s inhabitants?
If we killed someone because we wanted to steal their land or whatever, that would be murder. When governments do this, it’s called war. Wars are always ‘justified’ first with demonization of the ‘enemy’ – then they blame ‘the enemy’ for some terrorist event the banksters create (to blame on ‘the enemy’ they want to take) to make war appealing to patriotism, ‘God’ – Mom, apple pie – freedom. All they do is destroy people (and things people need), to steal everything they can get, when they steal foreign countries.
This real estate/resource theft is also done INSIDE a country – with government again – funded by – banksters – again! Totalitarian regimes have had many traits in common for a couple thousand years. They like to write lots of ‘laws’ to steal as much as they can from ‘the people.’ They like to build lots of prisons – for three reasons. 1) They use these ‘laws’ to kidnap people into prisons to enslave them for pennies an hour. (Yes, Virginia, we have slavery in America – inside prisons.) They like to put nice, hardworking people into prisons – let violent criminals roam free. When economic collapse begins in a country, they like to 2) let the slaves in prison loose on society – to 3) lock up political dissidents – to kill them! See how it works? This is all very simple – after you see through their web of well-funded lies. And guess who has the highest percentage of people in prison in the world? The good old USA!
Banksters like to first ‘pump up’ countries/economies with funny-money and trade deals – only to yank the rug out from under that economy to rob people. Composite picture of how they’ve done this in many countries: The banksters offer to invest in the country & back the currency in gold. They finance the government with loans. The political leaders give out wonderful things from the government while they build roads, utilities, ports, etc – collateral for the loans. These banksters also export recreational drugs out of these countries – particularly cocaine and heroine – to further pump up that country’s economy and their own coffers.
With the free flow of (temporarily) good currency – like our ‘Roaring ‘20s’ – the economy grows like crazy. People go into debt to the bankers – who are run by the banksters – to buy homes, businesses and farms – while the banksters inflate the currency – print more and more ‘notes’ that become worth less and less – while the government (that they control) grows bigger and bigger – taking more and more – all at the same time. They grind the economy down, eventually crash it to harvest mortgaged land, businesses & houses (that they want to rot). They also grab government-owned infrastructure – roads, utilities, ports – that the government put up as collateral for their loans. They oftentimes finance rebel forces to help bring the government & society down. It’s simple: They first plant paper ‘currency’ seeds – people work the economic ‘garden’ – then the banksters harvest the whole country – leaving poverty, hunger, death and destruction behind. Then they do it again!
When people get sufficiently hungry because of this, they riot – and eventually kill for food. The government cracks down with ‘security forces’ – to ‘protect the people’ of course – and take many to camps ‘to feed & protect them’. Disease sweeps through the camps – people die – mission accomplished. (pssst – the FEMA camps are already built, complete with crematoriums & millions of plastic coffins – see LINK TO JESSE VENTURA? OR LINK TO MAINSTREAM MEDIA STORY?)
And they’ve done this in country after country – for centuries! This throws the country into a kind of long-term depression/neighbor-against-
When you see that these banksters really do come to kill, steal, and destroy, their behavior makes perfect sense. To synopsize an author of long ago: ‘They try to make people very dependent on the government. They do anything to make life more difficult and dangerous for people who inhabit that country. They pit one group against another, and invent boogeyman to blame for the woes the bankers create. They also conjure up boogeymen whom they claim have attacked and plan to attack the country from without and from within. They teach people not to trust anyone but (their) government.’ The name of the game: Smoke ‘n’ mirror lies – Punch ‘n’ Judy show-biz; puppets & boogeymen!
How about using ‘Islamic terrorists’ as boogeymen? They were blamed for the events of 9/11/2001. A nationwide manhunt for ‘Islamic terrorists’ involved tracing, tracking, and surveilling our entire population – that gave government ‘new’ unconstitutional powers to arrest and detain anyone ‘suspected’ of ‘terrorism.’ Now, I ask you: ‘If one in ten thousand people living in America in 2001 had been an Islamic terrorist, after a decade of hunting for such terrorists, shouldn’t we have seen AT LEAST 25,000 such terrorists – parading across our TV screens in chains?’ Case made.
Mainstream media ‘sugar-coats’ violence – even tries to make torture ‘cool’ and ‘acceptable.’ Violence is neither cool, nor even remotely acceptable, except when absolutely necessary to stop otherwise unstoppable violence. Real war is more grotesque than anything Hollywood could produce – or could be shown on mainstream media because it is so revulsive. The mainstream romanticizes war - - -
What follows is not for the faint of heart or mind. It’s a very real description of real events that have happened all over the world for a very long time – unlike anything you’ve heard from public ‘education’ – media – or even preachers. When people get hungry/homeless & riot, the government response is to send in troops (martial law). They knock out the power & thus communication systems. (Governments have their own communication systems) They ALWAYS blame boogeymen for knocking out the power. (rebels, commies, insurgents, religious fanatics, home-grown terrorists – pick-a-patsie) Troops surround the power plant, but the power doesn’t come back on. This knocks out refrigeration, water, and with it – sewage disposal in the cities. Hunger, disease, and violence – abound.
The government also shuts down the roads ‘to protect people’ & ‘look for terrorists’ of course – while they capture dissidents! Many people opt to go to government camps to exchange one form of hell for another. Many die there. (The feds are hiring ‘detainment’ officers.) Folks who remain in the cities dig latrines in their back yards – oftentimes defecate and urinate in city street gutters. Death & disease hang over the land. Neighbors attack neighbors – kill and eat anything they can find. Police, military & government workers become targets. Nothing is fair and nobody is safe in this kind of war. Men who work for governments come home to find their wives & families – hacked to pieces – by neighbors. Cannibalism rears its ugly head. Men take turns guarding their neighbors against looters – set up roadblocks for that purpose. Gunshots ring out in very dark nights. It isn’t very pretty, but cities are fairly easy to take down. And of course – all ‘unclaimed property’ goes to the government - - -
Things in the country are somewhat different. EG: The Russians took Afghanistan cities – very quickly. Rural Afghanis splattered paint onto the Russian tanks so they couldn’t navigate – waited until the troops came out – took their tanks – took out convoys with the tanks. They tortured Russian troops – mercilessly – for information. They chained some Russian soldiers to their trucks so they could drive them full of naked, mutilated half-dead Russians & corpses back to their bases – a morale-breaker at best. In Latin America, the torture extended to destroying their eyes & eardrums & tongues – tightly wrapping wires around various body parts so they rotted off – if they lived long enough. They tied their victims alongside roads to die beside their uniforms – as warnings to those who followed. I’ve seen photos.
What I have described to you has happened in many countries. I’ve gleaned my information from a lifetime of listening to short wave radios, missionaries, a few war refugees & ‘soldiers of fortune’ – mercenaries who hired themselves out to third world countries, and reading real accounts of what really happened when real countries underwent real economic collapse. Can this happen here? You bet. If you’ve been in the military and killed unarmed citizens overseas; think that this country is the same as where you were – you’re totally unprepared for American military veterans – defending their own turf – armed to the teeth. Choose another line of work!
I’m an avowed pacifist. I speak of these things to try to stop any of this from happening in America. I want the foreign troops to go home rather than die at the hands of Americans. I want our troops to understand that it would be a fatal mistake for them and their families to fire on Americans. Soldier, don’t be an idiot! Your family was safe if you went to a foreign war. From all recorded history: That will not be the case if you fire on fellow Americans. They will murder the children and wives of those who murder their children and other people’s wives & children! When soldiers fire on their own people, they are no longer heroes. They are targets, as are their families. War is hell on earth, and this behavior becomes human nature during war. In war, life becomes eye-for-an-eye common law across the world!
If you’re an American soldier, attacking American people, your wife and children will not be safe – from anything – just as the women & children of Iraqi men are not safe from anything in that war zone! Got it? Remember it! If you love your family, go home and protect them! Know your enemy rather than becoming an enemy of the people.
This ‘war’ for our survival – will not so much be won with weapons. It will be won with truth, with food; people cooperating with each – pooling abilities, skills, bartering & such to survive the collapse that lies ahead. Different parts of the country will fare quite differently. We in Vandalia are in an overall much better position than folks who are in large cities, but no place will be very safe. You will not know if the next person to come to your home will be a beggar, robber, or relative. We will be forced to band together to protect our lives, our families, our land and possessions. Let’s do this – as peacefully as we can.
Identify the real enemy. Understand: The banksters see ‘we the people’ as their enemy – to be taken down at all cost. They see troops as expendable – like toilet paper. They see soldiers who see through their game as their worst enemies. Our men in uniform need to know this. We the people are not their enemy. Their bankster-bosses are the worst enemy the world has ever known.
Reach out to police and military. Unlike most countries in the world, Americans are armed – en masse – and things do not go well for uniformed forces – surrounded by armed civilians. If civil unrest in this country goes ‘hot’ – as has happened in almost all other countries – the armed populace will slaughter police, military, and their families! Good men will shed their uniforms to leave targets behind. Choose – carefully. Being on the wrong side of a revolution can be fatal for you and yours.
I especially want to reach out to young men in uniforms. Mr. Uniform, for every person you abuse – you have probably already made at least three enemies – them and a couple of family members. If you go about – abusing people – you will spend the rest of your life – looking over your shoulder. (It may already be too late for you.) The German people killed far more of Hitler’s hated SS ‘Fatherland Security’ troops – than allied forces killed. The Germans tracked them down; slaughtered them and their families like animals – sometimes years later – and didn’t go to jail for so doing. Got it? Learn from it! If you have already engaged in common law crimes for against American people for this ‘government’ – your best chances for survival will be for you to leave the country.
No matter who you are, or what your job is, choose to treat people as you want to be treated – or prepare to spend the rest of your life – however long that may or may not be – looking over your shoulder. Uniformed forces have won battles against armed civilians, but never in history has a uniformed force won a war against guerilla forces – defending their lives, families, homes and land – and retribution for such wars goes on for years.
Folks, reach out to your neighbors. Your life may depend on them. Don’t become part of the problem by turning to violence. Become part of the solution by telling others about the collapse to come. Let your sheriff know that you’re with him – as long as he chooses to carry out his sworn responsibilities to ‘we the people!’ I think he’ll get the message – and listen. He probably knows by now, that if he doesn’t, he won’t be long for this world. Bubba will come after him. I’m not Bubba – and I don’t know who ‘Bubba’ is – but there are a lot of ‘Bubbas’ in Vandalia. We the people want Bubba to volunteer to help our sheriffs – not take them out. Anarchy – is the worst of all worlds.

THE VANDALIA SOLUTION
Jesus of Nazareth cleaned the moneychangers out of the Temple – twice! When the Greater comes, the lesser must leave. Shortly before the American Revolution, the 14th colony was organizing in what is now known as West Virginia. It was called – Vandalia. The STATE OF WEST VIRGINIA has been a de facto government since its inception in 1863. We are resurrecting Vandalia. When the greater comes, it will displace the lesser.
Jesus of Nazareth also trashed the Pharisees (lawyers) – the scribes (media) – as well as preachers and teachers of the law (education.) It is these people, working in collusion, who have almost broken the backs of the American people by stealing their wealth, and its means of production. From 2300 years of western civilization history, when governments remove enough resources from the people, they get hungry, and go into violent revolt to throw that government off.
Our forefathers knew this and created a small, locally controlled, Common Law, Constitutional Republic form of government that protected the rights of all – with representatives elected by popular vote. The goal was to have a little revolution every two years at the ballot box, as opposed to a bloody revolution every few generations. Starting with mechanical voting machines, over a century ago, elections have been totally corrupted. ALL voting is to be done in PRIVATE – COUNTED in public.
Within the Constitution and Bill of Rights, there are THREE voting processes. The voting booth is the first. The other two are the DE JURE grand jury – comprised of a couple dozen people who CONTROL WHAT CASES ARE BROUGHT TO TRIAL – and the DE JURE petit jury – trial jury – THAT CONTROLS THE JUDGE! In this system, the people control the courts, as well as the creation and administration of laws. They – are in control of the entire government.
For over a century, the Pharisees, scribes, preachers & teachers of the law have worked in collusion to destroy all three voting processes. Both juries have slowly become puppets of the puppet-masters in our judicial system. They have not just tampered with juries. They’ve effectively destroyed them – and only we the people can take it back through lawful process.
Our judicial system has been so bastardized that government agencies can hold their own ‘hearings’ that have the force of law – but are totally – totally – unconstitutional. You are guilty until proven innocent when dealing with any government agency – forced to plead your case before government employees who have the powers of prosecuting attorney, judge & executioner. That bureaucrat is not administering justice. He or she is nothing more than an agent – an employee – of the state – doing the state’s will. Our goal is to peacefully reverse this, back to our original form of government. What we have now is a mockery – an appearance of justice that is sublimely ridiculous – idiocy raised to the level of a fine art.
To get just a small grasp of the corruption in our official ‘courts’ – look up ‘Maritime Law.’ Almost all courtrooms in the US are engaged in equity, and/or maritime/admiralty law. Under this ‘law’ – the ‘judge’ acts as the captain of a ship in international waters – and if the judge tells you to walk the plank – you walk. If you don’t believe me, find the highest place in every state in the union and you will find a US Geological Survey brass marker – that marks the ‘high water mark’ in that state. With this ‘legal trickery’ – we the people have been placed under international maritime law. When you lift the railing to approach the bench, you are ‘walking on board’ an imaginary ‘ship at sea’ – where the ‘captain’ – totally controls everything on ‘his’ ship and the Constitution is just a GD piece of paper – to paraphrase a presidential decree. Got it? (Don’t depend on your banker, attorney, teacher, preacher or TV to tell you any of this.)
As I said in another article, the world is full of legal trickery – fiction – LIES! If you see a US flag – with a gold fringe around it – it is acaptured flag – and when you see it in a courtroom you are in MARITIME law – where the judge is a little god on ‘his’ ship. Does this explain why judicialarrogance is now one word? It is this totally corrupt judiciary that anchors our de facto ‘governments’ – in debauchery.
Our nation was founded under Common Law. People of that time were so grounded in Common Law that it is just referred to in the Constitution that refers to the right of habeas corpus – and jury trials – and presentments. Common Law was just a ‘given’ – at that time. People at that time knew God gave them their rights – and governments were notorious for taking them!
Common Law means – do no harm to others & live up to your agreements. Common Law is common to people all over the world. It’s described in the Bible as well as many other ancient documents. Legitimate courts were initially put in place to settle arguments between people, not take all they owned – their rights – their property – their progeny.
Throughout history, governments have done their best to impose laws & such that are in direct violation of Common Law – to TAKE what belongs to ‘we the people.’ Under Common Law, a criminal is anyone who takes control of that which is not his. In this light, what institution behaves in the most criminal fashion? Does it make sense to you – for government to steal what’s yours, kidnap you (jail you) and/or kidnap your children – steal them – when you have harmed – nobody?
Before proceeding farther, I am avowed pacifist. I do not start fights, and anarchy is the worst of all worlds. I’m an adherent of Common Law, and due process of law – administered by lawful government. We have vestiges of Common Law that we refer to as ‘The Code of the Hills’ in Vandalia. Under Common Law, kidnapping is a capital offense. You kidnap someone’s child? You die. Under the ‘Code of the Hills’ – you simply find that person who has done this – and you kill them. That is NOT Common Law. That is taking the law into your own hands – as someone once said ‘playing God.’
Common Law calls for due process – a trial – controlled by a group of your peers where the judge acts as referee – not God. Do not confuse a jury trial – where the jury runs the trial AND the judge – and ‘trial BY jury’ which means the judge tries the person – BESIDE a jury (trial BY jury) – OK? That’s just more ‘legal’ trickery. The judge is not to ‘instruct the jury.’ The jury is to instruct the judge! Got it? It has taken over a century to go from Common Law with jury trials – to ‘trial by jury.’ I spoke of voting. The trial jury – is the third ballot box.
So – what about the second voting process? The Grand Jury? The second voting process is the legitimate – de jure – KEY to the courtroom that was in place in almost ALL courts – a century and a half ago. It has slowly – oh-so-slowly – been replaced by government gone wild. Grand Juries started out – centuries ago in England – when people might discover who was stealing their – chickens or whatever – and bring this to the magistrate’s or judge’s attention. They would demand that this person be tried. And so the case was tried.
Our founding fathers set up a government whereby ONLY – de jure grand juries – could bring something to trial. If someone who was not in government brought a case, it was called a presentment. If someone in government brought a case, it was called an indictment, and a presentment had greater importance than an indictment. The grand jury was comprised of a couple dozen people who met in closed session to hear evidence – to see if there was enough evidence of a crime – a real crime – against a flesh ‘n’ blood victim – to bring to trial. Courts were not an industry. They met – only occasionally. The grand jury process was ever-so-slowly destroyed – their power usurped – their role taken from key to the courtroom – to pawn of the corrupt judiciary – over the span of about a century. At time present, government employees can bring you into ‘their’ court – whether a courtroom or some other government office – to rob what is yours – just by writing on a piece of paper!
When we had de jure grand juries, it was a simple matter to bring a corrupt government official to trial – then try him with the trial jury. Now do you – see – how your rights – have been slowly taken from you by those who swore to defend and uphold your rights?
The courts have slowly been taken over by BAR association attorneys – and atornment is a process of removing from one to give to another. In many states, the biggest key to the courtroom has been held by trial lawyers’ associations – that specialize in ‘donating’ monies to judges for election campaigns. I think I’ve said quite enough to put my life in danger today.
Please look into de jure grand juries – and Corpus Juris Secundum – chapter 38 – as it applies to the phrases ‘de jure’ and ‘de facto’ grand juries. According to LAW – when the greater (de jure) grand jury presents itself, the lesser (de facto) grand jury must step down. Please SEEK the truth, as there are many well-funded liars who will line up to call YOU a liar.
If we cannot – do not – resolve these issues peacefully, history tells us that there will be two kinds of hanging judges – and THAT – is what I’m trying to avoid. Do NOT confuse the watchman on the wall – with the enemy of us all - - - the private, corporate banksters and their minions.
