America Thrives Because She Survives Despite a Resignation or an Usurper

America Thrives Because She Survives Despite a Resignation or an Usurper

The below videos detail the Super Outbreak of Tornadoes from 1974and the process of recovery. I remember it so well as I only lived 45 miles from Xenia and southeastern Ohio was under siege by Mother Nature…
XENIA OHIO 1974 TORNADO-ABC NEWS PARTS 1 and 2: XENIA LIVES

As a teenager who had been primed for junior high school fire drill practice evacuations, elementary school fallout drills, and tornado shelter home drills, I knew how to hunker down. What I was unprepared for was seeing the hillside in Cincinnati stripped bare, my own hometown damages, and Xenia, itself decimated, in the following days. The seventies were still a decade where family and long-term friends were normally within a 50 mile radius aka the entire known world.
Not only did the known and unknown world rebuild in these great United States of America, we were forced to endure the resignation of our President during these same trying times in 1974. We were stronger, better, tougher, and united in doing the right thing and criminals did not remain in the highest offices of the land. There were consequences!
Fast forward almost 40 years, yeah, yeah, I’m dating myself…
Once again another massive tornado outbreak occurs over several days to several weeks all over the United States…

4/27/11 – Tuscaloosa Tornado

This video is from the EF4 tornado that went through Tuscaloosa, AL on 4/27/11. It was taken from the University Mall parking lot. Probably the closest video to the storm your going to see.
Destructive Joplin, Missouri EF-5 Tornado

On May 22, 2011 a highly destructive and deadly tornado tore through the town of Joplin, MO. Here is video of the tornado entering the southwest side of town, filmed by TornadoVideos.net Basehunters team Colt Forney, Isaac Pato, Kevin Rolfs, and Scott Peake. The team spent hours assisting with search and rescue and transporting victims to local hospitals in personal vehicles.
Tuscaloosa and Joplin are this decade’s Xenia. Once again I hunkered down today in Arkansas where tornadoes formed and I also checked on many family members in various states to see how they were faring. I have made various donations over these weeks and have watched as communities work together to rebuild. Just as the Xenia videos show that the rebuilding for many is a tedious, sometimes aggravating. and tenuous process with very often, little time to mourn, there is absolutely no standard healing time or process… but Americans are resilient. We will overcome and we will grow and thrive.
Now comes the super hard part, we have an Usurper in our highest office, who has shown so very little regard to and for the American people. Is it not the appropriate time for him to step down and do what’s right for the United States of America? Where is the consequences for his many illegal to criminal actions? If he had one shred of dignity left or our if Congress had the backbone and gumption to proceed with hearings or if our Supreme Court was righteous and would hear legal briefs regarding this usurpation… the entire country could begin a cleansing and a healing process like no other.
History often repeats itself and it is time for it to do so!
