[6:56:30 PM] Robert Hender: As I ponder it - 21 Notices went out - and with those notices was the documents from the Republic Congress that was held in Utah.  Special Courier was used to deliver those notices, not to the desks of people, but in to the very hands of people that they were intended for.  Once we have confirmations of all of those deliveries - I think all the Sheriff notices can then go out...   I think that Nevada Ed continues to have a voice in the decisions of T T and those folks.
