We confirmed through three sources today alone that the rate should come in around 4.00-4.35. Make no misitake, the rate is not going to come out at .86 stop it, it makes absolutely no sense. Iraq is way to proud after all they've been through to show up with a DUD!!!! Geeeeezzz.... If they did come out with a low rate it would rise up in value in about 5 minutes and sky rocket to about 4.00 by noon.

I'm waiting for two of Mr. Bill's contacts to contact us where we can confirm some very exciting news we received today.
