Vandalia Declaration of
God-Given Rights that is as follows:
“We hold these truths to be self-evident. The Creator has given
this world to his creations along with their unalienable rights to
live out their lives as they see fit, the right to own, without
encumbrance, that which He has provided, the right to provide for
themselves and others as they see fit; the right to travel, trade, and
defend themselves without encumbrance. He has also given us the
responsibility to do so without harm to others.
Our Creator also gave men and women not only the right, but the
responsibility to form governments; agreements to secure and protect
these God-Given rights against those who want to infringe upon,
remove, or destroy them. This form of government, designed to protect
the rights of all, is called a Constitutional Republic.
It is with this goal in mind, that we the people have banded
together. Our intent is not to overthrow any government, but to
peaceably fulfill the goals outlined in Common Law, the 1215 Magna
Charta, the 1776 Declaration of Independence, the 1787 Constitution
for the United States of America, and its Bill of Rights 1791, along
with the Virginia Constitution of 1776, with revisions – regardless of
color, creed, religion, nationality, gender, or political affiliation
– with the strict exception of those who propose the use of violence,
or belong to any organization that promotes use of violence.
We desire to join with other people and groups of people who share
these same goals to form the Vandalia Republic inside the metes and
bounds now known as West Virginia.
We believe in the Sovereignty of God, the rights and
responsibilities He gave men and women, the right to join together to
protect and secure those rights, and the right to peacefully coexist
with all other groups of people to attain these goals, lawfully and
with malice towards none.”
Can you find fault with it? That’s all that defines us. I hope
you’ve gone to http://vandaliasolution. webs.com/ to see the website,
and I hope you have read
http://vandaliasolution.webs. com/thevandaliasolution.htm. It was very
carefully crafted to fly w/o big-time funding – like Oath Keepers.
The Vandalia Solution is unlike any other I’ve seen. It’s a real
bright spot that would be hard to destroy. It has no organization to
attack. No sign-on unless you want to volunteer to be a contact. It
only has goals. It doesn’t even take donations – so nobody can send
it ‘money-laundering’ money or claim it’s a money-taker. It is not a
government – so it can’t be seditious or treasonous. It is
all-inclusive – except for the violent. It is not designed to lead,
but to raise up leaders on the local level. It does not need a bunch
of funding – only people who are willing to promote. It’s so short
and simple, anyone can print it out and a 6th grader can understand
it. It’s designed to last THROUGH the pending collapse. It just
might be the bad boys’ worst nightmare. I’d guess that over a
thousand people have seen it and we’ve received no negative feedback –
just better ways to say things and some things we needed to add.
Now – I’ve TOLD you that we would have infiltrators & instigators.
Methinks I’ve identified two of them. They sure squalled when I
reminded folks of their past promises and such. I don’t want to fight
with them. That takes away from the goal. I just want to rise above
them and move on. Will ‘they’ come after me for refusing to let them
win by destroying Vandalia? Maybe. I’m asking that you watch my back
– and raise you–know-what if ‘something’ happens to me.
The question I want to raise is this: Do you want to roll the
Vandalia Solution out to the sheriffs and media, or not? We do need
people who are willing to sign on as contacts. So far, only Roger
Stonebreaker and I have agreed to be contacts. Are any of you willing
to serve as local contacts? I’m asking you to at least go to the site
– and ‘sign on’ in your heart and mind. We need hope in the coming
collapse - Jim
Well, there you go. You decide whether to believe these guys or
not. I'm still working on it - might cut some of it - add more - but
I think I've made my points - Jim
