Affidavit Of Fact This is the Document many are using when they have to face the hard truth. This is used to protect themselves from the Restore America Plan or RAP group because of allegations of unlawful activity. When you join with us, our Constitution protects you, and you won't have to file such a document. See Sections 6,7,8,9. If you use this document, you will have to get it notarized, pay a fee to the defacto court system of about $38, depending on the county, send certified copies to their National group, to their Secretary of State, and one to yourself. We ARE and will remain Transparent in all of our actions, we expect you to hold us to our claim of Transparency.  Affidavit of Fact Now comes the below named Affiant(s) of Illinois (with their specific locations stated below) who are over the age of 21 years and declare(s) as follows, under penalty of perjury: 1. Commencing on or about March 3, 2010, we the undersigned, were approached individually or collectively, (hereafter whether singularly or collectively in this document“we”) and at somewhat different times by representatives from a group known as the Republic for the united States of America, hereafter RuSA being led by an individual of the name James Timothy Turner, and; 2. Whereas, we, each of us, had originally agreed to listen to and in due course either separately or in groups agreed, in principle, to the main theme of the organization, and; 3. Whereas, we either singularly or collectively signed on to support such group, and; 4. Whereas, being lead to believe that the operators perpetrating said theory, slowly started to change the ideas we had earlier agreed with, and; 5. Whereas, upon closer examination of the facts, we came to the conclusion that RuSA was unlawful and possibly treasonous, and; 6. Whereas, RuSA had misrepresented itself in its true intentions, and; 7. Whereas, RuSA has misrepresented its true intentions and kept from the people pertinent facts regarding their safety and lawful standing, and; 8. Whereas, RuSA has falsely claimed to have sufficient numbers of people within the respective states to form a quorum for representation of the entire population of said state, and; 9. Whereas, RuSA has in many instances brought people from other states to claim governing power over another state after the people have voted not to participate, and; 10. Whereas, RuSA has allowed unauthorized people to represent the state in an effort to claim participation of all 50 states, and; 11. Whereas, RuSA is violating law, i.e. The Patriot Act and the Trading With The Enemy Act, by contracting for funds with other countries for the purpose of taking over as the government of the United States of America, and; 12. Whereas, RuSA has since its inception claimed to follow the Constitution for the United States, but has created layers of government not contained therein and violated every article and section therein, and; 13. Therefore, We, the undersigned, do not welcome, approve or endorse RuSA, and are not involved in any participation with RuSA, nor are we responsible for any actions taken by RuSA and/or James Timothy Turner or any of his associates, and do hereby rescind any and all signatures on any and all documents produced by James Timothy Turner, RuSA, RAP or any individual presently or formerly associated with same. The below named Affiants do retain their status as Jural Assembly members and have not resigned their elected positions in the Illinois republic and do so without any involvement, connections or approval of James Timothy Turner or any of his associates.Although the Illinois republic through the actions of acting interim Governor Sharon Anzaldi have aligned and supported the actions of James Timothy Turner and his associates we the below named Affiants do not support these actions and have not and/or will not participate in those actions.
