To My Fellow Americans,

I would like to take this time to thank all who have worked diligently to re-inhabit

this lawful Republic. Many have sacrificed to get the job done and your sacrifice will not

be in vain. It has been brought to my attention that Jim Wright is travelling the country

teaching things that are in contradiction to this Republic Union. I interviewed Jim for a

possible appointment to the Attorney General position on my cabinet. After the interview

I did not feel that he had a full understanding of the difference between the system of

law and the legal system. A good foundation and knowledge is necessary to operate in

capacity as the Attorney General. It appears that he supports an ideology that would

institute the Articles of Confederation, or something similar, as our government system.

This system almost destroyed America in the early days of our country. It caused division

between the states and did not allow for a standard for money and exchange in the

country. Commerce was difficult between the states and very difficult internationally.

Attempting to operate under the Articles of Confederation kept this country in

chaos. This system did not work and was replaced by the Constitution that the Republic is

founded on. After the Constitution was in place our American people flourished and we

became a world power within about 80-90 years. I believe that Jim is sincere in his beliefs

and I do not believe he has any bad intentions. I do believe that what he is teaching will

cause division in this Republic. You are free to follow any ideology that you desire. Please

take a look at the final outcome before you change directions. Anything that causes

division is not good for the Republic or the American people. I do not support or endorse

the teachings of Jim Wright for these reasons.

One Supreme Court Summons

A serious complaint and grave violations of Constitutional Rights and Privileges by the County, State and Federal Corporations disclosed as foreign sovereigns committed against the American people and parties to the free and independent State Constitutions and the Republic for the united States of America Constitution has been prepared for filing from the office of the Republic Attorney General, Jim Wright.

On behalf of the American people and the Trust that I serve, as Chief Justice, I have summoned Randy Miller, the Republic Grand Jury foreman for this matter, to convene, hear and investigate the matter. The matter will be presented by the Republic Attorney General.

A minimum of one individual from each of the 50 states is required to appear and sit on the Republic Grand Jury for this trial. We need each state represented in this Grand Jury. Preferably the State or Republic State District Justice or Grand Jury foreman should be present but this is not mandatory. It is mandatory that at least one of the people within each of free and independent Republic States appear.

All designated jurors please report  to foreman.nebraska@republic oftheunitedstates.org Randy Miller to get your name, address and telephone number on the list and validation of travel plans. All juror meeting coordination matters will be handled by Randy Miller. The Jury meeting location will remain confidential till Saturday morning at which time Randy Miller will contact your phone number from 7-9 am and he will direct your travels to the meeting room location. Grand Jury will convene 10:00 am.

The presentment and investigation meeting location is to be held in Atlanta, Georgia on Saturday January 22, 2011 at 10:00 am at an undisclosed location in close proximity to the Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport. A few other individual presentments will be made before the Grand Jury. If time permits some training classes will be held in the evening or the following morning and throughout the day for those that can afford the time to remain present. Seating is limited to 50 jurors.

Security Team will consist of Military and Law Enforcement Officials and American Rangers who will administer surveillance and security during this event. Proceedings will be video-taped for educational

purposes.
