2nd FACT Breach of the Constitution Amendment 6
This case # CA07-1567 started on 11/13/07, I not enjoyed the right to a speedy trial; there was no public trial; there was no jury trial; the Judge crushed the depositions and I was not permitted to confront with the witness against me; My 2 lawyers took $5,000.00 cash and did not filed in court my documents, and I was with no Assistance of Counsel.
This is barred by our Constitution Amendment 6 – Right to Speedy Trial, Confrontation of Witnesses. Ratified 12/15/1791. In all criminal prosecutions, the accused shall enjoy the right to a speedy and public trial, by an impartial jury of the State and district wherein the crime shall have been committed, which district shall have been previously ascertained by law, and to be informed of the nature and cause of the accusation; to be confronted with the witnesses against him; to have compulsory process for obtaining witnesses in his favor, and to have the Assistance of Counsel for his defense.

I timely demanded a trial by jury and my constitutional right of trial by jury was violated; my CA07-1567 case was with no Jury Trial.
This is barred by our Constitution Amendment 7 - Trial by Jury in Civil Cases. Ratified12/15/1791. In Suits at common law, where the value in controversy shall exceed twenty dollars, the right of trial by jury shall be preserved, and no fact tried by a jury, shall be otherwise re-examined in any Court of the United States, than according to the rules of the common law.
4th FACT Breach of the Constitution Amendment 14
I was deprived part-of my real state property land (½ acre) without due process of Jury Trial; the judge wrote a new law “Florida Statute of limitations to recovery stolen property (4) years” wherefore my right to the equal protection of the laws was violated.
This is barred by our Constitution Amendment 14 – Citizenship Rights. Ratified 7/9/1868; Section (1). Nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor deny to any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws; Section (5). The Congress shall have power to enforce, by appropriate legislation, the provisions of this article.
