A piece of very significant and important information that few seem to be aware of is that Sheriff Richard Mack took the issue of States' rights to the US Supreme Court and won. The decision was that the Federal government cannot force itself, their laws, etc., on the States. That means that they cannot force Obamacare, National ID cards, their naked body scans or even Federal Income tax on us. Richard is trying his best to get this message out to everyone. It seems a major challenge to penetrate the masses. The bottom line is any state need only to get a summary judgement if their sheriffs are not willing to enforce this. The sheriffs have the authority as the most powerful law enforcement officer in the country to prevent any and all federal agents from stepping into his/her county. Richard Mack only charges about $900 plus air fare for his speaking engagements. He is a very dynamic speaker! He comes alive on stage. I highly recommend him if you have the way and means to procure a speaker.
