Forgive us LORD as we turn our hearts back to You, seek Your Face, and surrender our lives, our will, and our earthly strength and God given gifts to Your service.

Our Father, the only true God, we come before You with broken hearts, broken at our own failure to honor You in our personal and private lives, as husbands and wives, fathers and mothers, believers in You as the only way to salvation, the abundant life, strength while on earth, with You in our hearts as our LORD and KING.  We have not done all that we ought, but have fallen into the ways of this world with the same appetites and goals, as if heaven were here on earth when we know it is not. Forgive us LORD as we turn our hearts back to You, seek Your Face, and surrender our lives, our will, and our earthly strength and God given gifts to Your service.  Help we men to learn once again how to be leaders in our homes, our churches, and our communities, to the glory of God  and the wellbeing of our wives, children, neighbors and fellow workers, on behalf of Your Kingdom and Your dear Son Who lived and died for us that we might be saved from the imprisoning power of the Prince of the power of the air, and his destructive ways in our lives.  We give Thee thanks for Your delivering power.  May we acknowledge it, embrace it as our own as You have taught, by faith, and go forth as the men we are called to be, can be, and will be by your mercy, grace, and indwelling power.  Come quickly LORD and may You find us faithful, not as mean pleasers in the fear of men, but as warriors, men whose strength is found in following and obeying You.  In the Name of the ever living LORD of lords and KING of kings, King Jesus. Lead on oh KING eternal!  Amen and Amen!

For though we walk in the flesh, we do not war according to the flesh, for the weapons of our warfare are not of the flesh, but divinely powerful for the destruction of fortresses.  We are destroying  speculations and every lofty thing raised up against the knowledge of God, and we are taking every thought captive to the obedience of Christ.

II Corinthians 10:3-5
