SteveI and desertdog of Peoples Dinar reported a week to 10 days ago that a meeting had been held, according to Iraqi banking contacts, wherein Shabibi made an announcement regarding the new currency to be distributed and the suggested rate of the IQD. Again, these guys have shown restraint and responsibility in their reporting and done much investigation to secure outside confirmation of their released information. I believe you are very confident in this information, so I would like to know is it because someone you know was there when this happened? I am just wondering how strong this info is. Yes, we had an actual contact that was at the ceremony and told us not only who was there, but what was said. We knew about it ahead of time also but did not say much due to bashing.

Dr. Sinan Al-Shabibi was there and announced a new rate (3.10 - 3.20) and introduced the new money at the event. This is why I am 200% confident on what is going on. Another contact spent several days talking to the various banking leaders around the world who were there. One being Russia and the other Brazil.

Yes, Ray and Steve have a contact who was in the audience of that event.

And the thing I find exceedingly interesting is that NO ONE ELSE on any other site has ever mentioned this event ... BUT (and this is important) NO ONE has ever refuted this intel from Steve and Ray.

I keep looking and keep wondering how this tiny yet HUGE piece of intel (proof-positive that something is indeed about to happen with the IQD) ... how is it that none of the other -sites- have not bashed the heck out of this? Is it because they cant verify one way or another if the event took place? That has never stopped them before.

I believe that Steve and Ray have no reason to lie about this. And I trust their take on things. And it remains a very interesting point to me that NO ONE else has ever (to my knowledge) even mentioned this event and also no one else has bashed it! That just makes me go ... hmmmmmmmmm

I am sure you will hear from Steve and/or Ray about this but I wanted to toss that out there for your consideration.

Steves contention (which I concur with) is that there is no possible way that Dr. Sinan Al-Shabibi ... who is one of the most respected economists in the world ... would EVER stand up in front of the world banking leaders (heads of the Central Banks globally) and show them the new lower denoms, and state a rate, and then not follow through. The only reason Dr. Shabibi would do this is because this thing is about to happen ... and think about this ....

These banking leaders are the people who run the central banks (ie: the US Treasury) in all the countries around the world. They would need time to go home and plan, strategize, and understand from a foreign reserves perspective, what is about to happen with the IQD and how that relates to the IQD they may be holding in their foreign reserve accounts.

There is also (to my understanding) an agreement whereby these Central Banks will not make a run on the bank (ie: Central Bank of Iraq/Trade Bank of Iraq) when the RV occurs. They all have (as it has been explained to me) agreed to wait at least 6 months prior to cashing in or submitting to CBI/TBI with any of their IQD reserves.

Now, think about this ... would Dr. Shabibi not need to reinforce this agreement/understanding with these world banking leaders well in advance of an RV? He would ... as a professional courtesy ... need to keep them in the loop, so to speak. So, this event is important on far more levels than many people understand. HUGE. AND also (to me) sheds light on why this is taking longer than we would like. But then again this is not about us, it is about the people and country of Iraq. We will be well paid for our patience.

Ok, enough said.
