Declaration of Separation and Clarification

The matter of Mr. Lounsbury publishing a document that has been sent to the RuSA congress on matters that are bogus and derogatory towards Michigan is impropriate and completely wrong.  Your source of information is incorrect.

The matter of Mr. Turner repeating the same statement in pubic continues to prove that National or General Leadership is operating a false government which is leading people to the wrong conclusion and is also inappropriate and completely unlawful / unconstitutional.


The matter of interfering with state business has been the fruit of this RuSA leadership for the duration of their time when they cannot control or manipulate a state and its people.  This has been seen in West Virginia, Florida, Georgia, Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, New York and Oregon to name a few and now Michigan, which has been further evidenced by, “Joint_ Resolution_by_Congress_20110705-01”.  This is inappropriate and completely unlawful / unconstitutional.
 
The matter of Bonnie Frownfelter, who is domiciled in Alger county, publishing a document that states that Schoolcraft county has settled the state has no consequence since it is unlawful  and also proves that National’s involvement in supporting such action has placed those individuals into peril and jeopardy if the de facto wants to take action against them.

As to the allegations of Monetizing the Covenant of Michigan, no such actions occurred in February as per RuSA’s leadership is alleging by the Michigan office holders.  Furthermore, any public office holder whom has left has been called to higher activities which we as a body supports for the betterment of mankind and Michigan, a Free and Independent state.

Furthermore, the PEOPLE of Michigan, a Free and Independent state, do not recognize RuSA as a legitimate Republic form of Government according the original Constitution and the original Declaration of Independence, contrary to RuSA’s false and distracting roués that is improper criminal reassembly under Title 18 of the United States Code.   By National’s actions the only fruit RuSA has bared has been deceit, deception, denial and destruction to the good PEOPLE in American.  It is our opinion that RuSA is insignificant to Michigan, a Free and Independent state.  Michigan has given public notice of De Jure counties, who have been acknowledged by the Military as formed properly within Original Jurisdiction and therefore is the only form of Government that stands for the PEOPLE of Michigan as a Free and Independent state.

We further state that RuSA has not given proper public notice, nor brought forth evidence proving legitimacy, nor have they completed any task stated by Mr. Turner other than projects that were never approved by Congress.

We hereby rescind our State Acknowledgement letter and do not recognize RuSA.
