U.S. Senate Votes To Continue Supporting Abortion With Our Tax Dollars
Remember in November, 2012!

| Dear Dave, Polls and surveys have increasingly shown that a vast majority of Americans do not want their tax dollars used to support abortion. Yesterday, as a result of last weeks negotiations between Senator Harry Reid, Speaker of the House John Boehner, and President Obama to avoid a government shutdown, Reid consented to a Vote in the Senate on whether to continue funding of Planned Parenthood. ![Penny Nance]() Penny Nance, CEO of Concerned Women for America reported today that. . .
"Yesterday's Senate vote made it official -- 58 members of the U.S. Senate went on record saying they want your tax dollars to continue to be funneled to the abortion industry. As a result, Planned Parenthood will continue to receive more than $360 million of your tax dollars every year."
What does that tell us? - The U.S. Senate, dominated by the very liberal clan that contributed to the mess we are in still does not comprehend what the voters made clear in the 2010 elections by voting overwhelmingly for pro-life, pro-family, limited government conservatives.
- 58 Senators are wedded to the abortion industry, joined at the hip, sold out to the abortion industry and liberal women's groups.
- They are more interested in preserving political contributions for the upcoming election from those who support abortion than they are in the moral conscience of America, or the protection of innocent human life.
- If they they cannot be trusted with this most fundamental of all rights, theycannot be trusted with any position of high office which in the past was thought to represent the best interests and will of the American people.
- And finally, it tells me that those who are up for re-election in 2012, must be defeated lest we see them once again prevail in the selection of like minded jurists to the Supreme Court, who will, in all likelihood, rule not according to the Constitution and our historic values, but in accord with the prevailing liberal mindset that seeks to reconstruct America according to it's ideological preferences.
Remember this when you Vote and encourage others to Vote in 2012, starting with the Primaries.
To simplify: - Not one Senate Democrat voted to stop using tax payer dollars for abortions.
- Six Republicans joined them, including one who said in his 2010 campaign that he was 'pro-life'.
- Another Republican said he was for cutting 'unnecessary' spending, yet voted for the presumptive right to kill another human being, an innocent one at that, in what once was the safest place for a human being, a mother's womb.
