To the WONDERFUL People in West Virginia,
We have a call - Friday night - 8 PM - (213) 406-xxxx - PIN is
5xxxxxx - and we're going to be kicking ideas around. Bill Baker will
be the MC (bring rotten tomatoes - OK?)
Here are some ideas I’m aware of:
Create a document of what we stand for – what binds us together –
our mission – non-violence – we the people – you know the drill – we
don’t want to overthrow any government – inclusive except those who
are in violent groups – we want to join hands w/other people & groups
w/similar goals – like minds. It could be OUR declaration of
God-Given Rights.
Create a simple one-page constitution for West Virginia or Vandalia
– the original name (that I personally like). Bob Ingargiola sent the
California constitution to us. Maybe he will send it to all of us
ALONG WITH his comments about it? (hint-hint) He promised to bring
the spaghetti! (OK - so I lied - get over it!)
Lyell is working on the constitution. (He knows how to spell all
them fancy words!)
Look into creating an ecclesiastical trust – like the Amish. (thank
you, Roger!) Roger will secure the phone call with his tank - - -
Always honoring Shawn’s editorial oversight – put our goals &
contact info on her website – then write to the editors & PDs at radio
stations - - - and I’m sure that she will gladly entertain our
thoughts – offered to her to put on the website. (send it in e-mail,
because her kids eat their OWN homework)
Work w/another bottom-up GJ group – www.countygrandjury.org - to
learn what we can. I’ve been in contact with them - volunteered to be
on their 'media team.' Another group,

Teri Hinkle is cooking some things up - beyond my ability to
understand at the moment. Her understanding is about a quantum level
above mine. She has a WHOLE LOT of help from some really good people.
One is Dave Mack - www.talkshow.com - Monday night conference calls -
Talkshow 54318 - you can go to the site to get the time and phone
number. I completely respect Dave Mack!
Join the Tea Party – GOA – Get info to groups of like mind NRA
Hand out one-pagers & fliers – about us w/contact info.
Buy and hand out Citizen’s Rule Book – cheap if we buy in bulk –
hand them out free w/fliers & one-pagers.
Have weekly telephone conference calls – updates to the website.
Call in to talk radio - do letters to the editor
Elect God to the position of governor, president or whatever –
hoping that He will grace us by presiding over our meetings. (if we
have a human head – they’ll be a target)
MAIN GOAL: CONVINCE PEOPLE THAT THEY HAVE THE POWER – TO DO HIS WILL
ON EARTH – TELL THE TRUTH - - -
From now on, we need to refer to ourselves as men & women
w/God-Given rights – not as ‘sovereigns.’

Folks, I’m going to be the ‘newsboy’ in contact w/the governors –
and they have yet to honor my request for the winners to tell us how
they do it. I think it will be best if we have our initial meeting -
then bring them into the calls if they want. Some still think that
RuSA is real - - - - (yeah, it's real - we just don't know what it
is!)
Diane & I have a really nice printer (B&W only) we can use. There
are a half-dozen people who are interested – names from national.
I’ve waited to call them until we knew what we had to offer them.
