Subject: Fundamentals of Republic Government
To All Members of the Republic,
There are a few fundamentals of government in a true Republic, as followed by our Founding Fathers, which are important to understand. They can be illustrated by the history of the united States of America.
First of all, we must realize that much has been accomplished by the Restore America Plan and the volunteer efforts of many honorable men and women who have served at the national and state levels within the Restored Republic. This is most particularly true of Nathan Peachy and the Law Team who have diligently and laboriously constructed an impressive and lawful framework within which to protect members of the Republic from corporate government harassment. When combined with Tim Turner's masterful seminar and Freedom Documents, the People can truly be free.
Our current problems arise from the acts of a highly secretive and centralized leadership which has chosen to control every member's action in the Republic by isolating them from their fellow members, thereby restricting their ability to assemble, communicate and discuss issues. This national "leadership" has developed an arrogance of disdain toward members of the Republic who disagree with their point of view. Sadly, it appears that most elected members of the Republic have also fallen prey to this age-old formula for dividing, conquering and controlling human beings with imagined fears and constant promises that can't be honored.

To properly evaluate the resolution of this matter, it is important to release all self-imposed restrictions or limitations, the first of which is that we are "restoring" the Republic to a certain point in time. When thoughtfully assessed, we must realize that such an undertaking is not practical; it is fraught with confusion, misunderstanding and unforeseen challenges.
Instead, we must agree that we are actually "instituting new government," as is our right as members of the Sovereign People under the Declaration of Independence (1776). Recognizing this, we can release from our thinking all the restrictions and limitations inherent in the concept of restoration.
Fortunately, our own nation's history can serve as the critical roadmap to accomplishing this mighty task in the CORRECT fashion, which will be supported by freedom-loving people throughout the world and by those around the world who have expressed the desire to financially assist such a new government, for it is to us, we the people of the united States of America, which the world has historically turned for leadership in the eternal battle for individual freedom.
In 1787, when the leaders of the united States determined that the national government, as defined by the Articles of Confederation, was no longer adequate to "effect their Safety and Happiness," they invited the States to send Delegates to a Constitutional Convention for the purpose of proposing Amendments to the Articles of Confederation, requiring a quorum of at least one member from a simple majority of the States. This Convention eventually decided that it would be better to draft a new Constitution to present to the States for ratification, instead of amending the existing Articles of Confederation.
The Constitutional Convention conducted its own meetings, made its own rules, elected its own officers, set up its own committees and chose to keep the proceedings private until all work was complete on the proposed document. Its members assembled in one place, met face to face and were free to communicate with one another as they chose. Once convened, the Delegates chose to keep their proceedings private until their work was done, but no one was required to sign a 5-year non-disclosure agreement in order to speak to one another.
The new Constitution required ratification by three-fourths of the State Ratifying Conventions. It was only after ratification by the State Conventions that the national elections were able to be held, in accordance with the ratified Constitution.
The essence of this process is that NO national government can be lawfully established until a rule book governing its actions is ratified by three-fourths of the States. It is because of this self-evident fact that Tim Turner and C.W. Wright are NOT the lawful President and Vice President of the Republic of the united States of America, as they are wont to claim.
This also holds true of the current House and Senate. Without the adoption of a rule book, being a Constitution or other governing document, no government can rightfully exist. Therefore, the very first thing that must be done is the proposal and adoption, through ratification of the state republics in republic assembly, of a new rule book. Without this step, there can be no lawful legislation passed or government established.
In other words, logic and reason argue against the current process that the "Republic leadership" is advocating. It is self-evident that a Federal Congress can NOT convene when Congress itself has yet to be defined by the rule book of the new government being instituted.
Once the new Constitution is ratified by the State Conventions, then a Federal Congress, President and Vice President can be elected in national elections. Only subsequent to that can a Federal Congress convene and elect its officers and ratify the election of the President and Vice President. The current Restored Republic is not adhering to this self-evident fact.
We the People must therefore follow this process on our own or convince the Restored Republic executive team to do so. So far, the one elected leader of the Restored Republic and his appointed staff have NOT been agreeable to this process. If that continues to be the case, the people must select new leaders which will follow their wishes and desire to preserve the integrity of the Republic in the eyes of the world.
