The IMF predicts China to overtake the US as the economic leader by 2016,
The IMF Bombshell today came in the form of a prediction that China will overtake The United States as the largest world economy as soon as 2016 , that is in just 5 years from now ...., China has become in the last decades the factory of the world and most of that industrial power was gained at the expense of the United States which have lost most of its productive capacity to China and other emerging markets becoming practically just like the soviet union a nuclear and military superpower with bases around the glob but with no productive capacity except that of still having the privilege of the dollar being the world reserve currency which the united states keeps on printing at well in order to finance the military presence in half the world ...
China has already overtaken the USA in the real economy. The major components of USA GDP are financial instruments, consumer debt, and military-industrial-complex.
The USA has more than enough money. It's offshore in the hands of foreign banks and multinational corporations. If they would just pay what they are legally obligated to instead of tax evading, there would not be a fiscal problem.
