For the most possible transparency I hereby am copy/pasting the whole email conversation with Ben. Its up to you to make your own decisions about it. Till an acceptable clarification is reached on this topic which triggered a lot of uncertainty, fear, speculation and even hate, I’m out of the game.

Unfortunately right now at your blog it isn’t about getting readers to come up with a consensus on articles of association based on what I wrote.
Many readers got disturbed by your last article from 18th of April. And quite a few others who are at your blog from the beginning don’t get tired by convincing themselves and others that the whole action of asking for donation is a “final proof” that what your wrote is pure BS. I’ll give U a few of the more friendly voices:

“This last post is highly questionable and that’s putting it mildly. Be it a con or incompetence, either way it doesn’t sound promising and exposes the ineffectiveness of these pinkies [White Dragon Society] who seem to blow fire out of their asses rather than their nostrils”

“If these ninjas and gangsters are not that desperate to raise funds like those Nigerian widows can even in times of non-emergencies, they need to hang up their balaclavas and do the honourable thing of self-surgery”

“Ben’s post this week is truly bizarre and I’m not sure if I feel that a good friend is asking me for money that I know will never be repaid or if ‘my good conscience’ is being somehow blackmailed if I don’t do as asked, or is it a con? I am totally perplexed.
Unless Ben explains himself, and soon, I think he is being very unfair to the members of his loyal blog. I know I would not send a message like his and then just expect my friends to say “hey, cool dude, whatever”. They would wonder about my mental health, my safety, and my ‘why’ I would say things that make little sense. I wouldn’t leave my loyal friends hanging, would you?
What I do know is that it is not healthy for me to be in this space so I’m going to take a break from a great deal of the alternate media or any media for that matter. I need to re-charge. I think you might also my friend”.

As I said: that comments are just take out samples from the more friendly ones, others are expressing their uncertainty rather aggressive. But even those who try to stay neutral have expressed their need for clarification by BEN himself.

Right now there had been but a few members who wrote that they a willing to donate, the majority of those 5-7 members rather for your benefit than for the White Dragon Society.

So, before any further steps regarding setting up an Association would make sense, I ask you to step in and clarify at least one main point:
For what and for whom the money is needed, especially that its not for your or your fiancés personal benefit.

I suggest, that you write the words of clarification to LEW, so that all members of your blog can be sure about the authorship. He is one of the most respected and trusted members on this blog.

I hope you manage the many doubters to convey clarity. Pending resolution of the facts I will rest here everything.

The idea of an association sounds like a good one. I also checked here in Japan and I would need 3 million yen (about $36,000) to set up a foundation here. The government would fast track approval. The problem is that I do not have that money but will try to raise it in order to set something up here.
In the meantime, there are powerful rumblings at the very top of the system right now and we are still hoping the logjam will break within the existing structures. There is a lot of confusion in the Blog right now. Mainly because David tried to help and wrote about that probably U and Ur fiancé would need the money.
So, for reasons of clarification we

A) should surf the wave of shown willingness to help and donate by your members ASAP
B) clarify what U really want

Now I’ve checked the Austrian laws and necessities we here have to be used as a rock solid base for what U want to achieve.

For to establish a Private Foundation in Austria you need to have a minimum 70.000,- € cash deposit upfront. That does not make a Private Foundation in Austria the right tool. But for the founding of an International Association – German: “Verein”- (which would much more serve the purpose you have in mind ) you don’t need any minimum cash deposit at all. Now a few vertices you should be aware of:

Austrian authorities need maximum 1- 4 weeks to give their OK for the stated purpose of the association. If stated purpose of the Association is approve then the Association gets an entry into the “Register of Associations”, and is then de jure a legal body. U then immediately can open an bank account. Personal accountable for the (International) Association are the founders. 2 people are necessary for the constituent but I would prefere 3. One layer, one Entrepreneur, and a third person.

The stated purpose of the association must be written in detail and shall not benefit neither the founders nor the members but solely the founding purpose of the Association. The Association may issue only for approved and earmarked bills respectively money to approved and earmarked accounts of the accountants who are serving their bills.

Everyone who is donating – regardless how much – then automatically is becoming a member of the Association with no obligation whatsoever and has the rights of

A) Canceling his/her membership any time with no cost
B) Receiving a donation receipt (be aware that the Association won’t get the seal of “benefit to the public” and therefore the donations won’t be tax reducible)
C) Visiting a meeting for an Annual General Meeting (to be held every 4 years)
D) Getting informed about the quarterly financially input and output of the Association
E) Getting insight into the Articles of Association upfront

NOW, having painted the main frame here comes the most important part which is the exact formulation of the purpose of the Association.

Text of purpose could be:

International Association for the Support, Publication, Extension, and lawfully implemented Corrections of Tasks (in short = iASPECT) for

A) unblocking of frozen funds managed by foundations, charities and individuals for the purpose of ending worldwide poverty, injustice, war and human exploitation.
B) building a temporary vehicle to trigger the creation of an alternative system of exchange of goods, energy sources and generators, services, and intellectual property, controlled by the principle of one human, one vote. Such a system would operate in parallel and harmony with but not against, the established financial systems. Nor would it impinge on either national or individual sovereignty but respecting the respective rights and local laws with human rights as above all others.

If you think it would be useful (for transparency and to get those members into the boat which are open for donations but need more information) I then would publish this email in the forum for the purpose that members can articulate their individual adjustment and/or have alternative proposals…

As time is an issue I’m looking forward getting your feedback as soon as possible.
