Richard C. Hoagland HAARP Japan Quake - Coast to Coast AM
Richard C. Hoagland made an extraordinary political prediction tonight , he said that he believes that Joe Biden is going to retire from the vice presidency in 2012 and that Congresswoman Giffords will be Baracks Obama selection for vice presidential run with him in 2012 !!!!!.Science adviser Richard C. Hoagland touched on a variety of topics with George Noory . He reported that just before the big quake in Japan, magnetometer readings spiked from Project HAARP in Alaska (but this info was subsequently removed from their website). Rather than causing the quake, he speculated that the readings could indicate that HAARP was unsuccessfully used to try and stop the quake.
