Cliff predicted people with brain dysfunctions due to magnetic anomalies around the world. I imagine that people with CHIPS in their brains might be more susceptible. That is the only explanation that I can think of for the garbled speach of this reporter covering the Grammys. This is the second such incident with a reporter in the last two months.

I have seen people http://news.yahoo.com/s/yblog_thecutline/20110215/ts_yblog_thecutline/reporters-bizarre-on-air-episode-raises-questions having stroke speech anomalies and they don’t look like this lady. When somebody has a stroke that interferes with the brain to that extent, the eyes begin to close/blink or display other anomalies. THEY DON’T WIDEN AS THIS WOMAN’S DID.
Additionally, there is usually a physical symptom like the body shakes, twitches, etc….on one side."
